Shipping Within Canada
- Standard Shipping (3โ7 business days): $5.00
- Express Shipping (1โ3 business days): $12.00
- FREE Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
International Shipping
We ship to select countries including the U.S., UK, and Australia.
- Standard International (7โ21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Duties & Taxes: Customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be emailed once your package is shipped. You can track your order via the carrierโs website.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isnโt right, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
How to Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, the item(s) in question, and your reason.
- Weโll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. Weโll fix it immediatelyโat no cost to you.
