Processing Time

Shipping Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping (3โ€“7 business days): $5.00
  • Express Shipping (1โ€“3 business days): $12.00
  • FREE Shipping on orders over $100 CAD

International Shipping

We ship to select countries including the U.S., UK, and Australia.

  • Standard International (7โ€“21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
  • Duties & Taxes: Customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be emailed once your package is shipped. You can track your order via the carrierโ€™s website.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isnโ€™t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at returns@[yourstore].com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) in question, and your reason.
  3. Weโ€™ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. Weโ€™ll fix it immediatelyโ€”at no cost to you.
